Spiritual Enrichment

The goal of the Transformation Office is to inherently inspire employees by living out spiritual principles and displaying selfless compassion at work. Our spiritual enrichment took place on December 7, 2022, at Cong Pavilion Spring Resort Mabinay. It started with a prayer, then Pastor Silay and the youth led worship songs. SB member Mario Z. Torres once stated, "With its theme "Attitude is a Choice," in reality, no one is perfect, and not every choice will be the right one." Many things may be out of our control or beyond our capacity to handle, but we always have the choice to have a good attitude when presented with challenging situations. Every challenge is an opportunity if it is approached in the right way. Mayor Ernie T. Uy makes it clear that the newly created Transformation Office will not introduce religion and that this program will only aim to strengthen and enrich Mabinayanon's ethical standards, and that employees will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding and appreciation of God and themselves.
