"BUILDING BONDS: LGU FAMILY DAY CELEBRATION 2024"

Employee Family Day is an excellent way to express gratitude for everyone’s efforts and dedication. Outside of work, employees can form bonds with their coworkers, and their families can become part of the organization's culture.

On May 16, Hon. Ernie T. Uy, the municipal mayor, officially kicked off the celebration. Ernie T. Uy, Municipal Mayor, welcomed all the employees and visitors, as well as Dumaguete Municipal Mayor Hon. Maisa Sagarbarria.

Hon. Maisa Sagarbarria, the guest speaker, emphasized the important role of public servants in achieving excellence and that we, as employees, should all be that employee who is concerned about the next generation, the next leader, and the next opportunity to serve. That entails weighing what is important today versus tomorrow and making decisions that will benefit the future Mabinay.

Following the inspirational message, everyone is enjoying the food each office has prepared. 

The celebration was full of excitement and enthusiasm as different offices performed. It is fantastic to hear that everyone had a good time. Following the presentation, there is a party with an invited guest DJ.
