LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT'S CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION 2023

Celebrating Christmas has been a traditional celebration all over the world. The Local Government Unit of Mabinay joined the celebration of the birth of Jesus through a Christmas Party held on December 15, 2023, at the Evacuation Center. Presentations from each department and raffles add entertainment to the celebration. The party is more enjoyable for employees, wherein different talents in singing, dancing, and comical play are put together to produce a memorable party. The artistic sides of the employees were recognized.

The Vice Mayor, Joeterry A. Uy, highlighted that bringing everyone together for one night provides an opportunity to step back from day-to day work and look at the big picture. It’s an ideal time to share and reflect on all that has been accomplished and what everyone has had to overcome this year. Celebrating our wins also helps everyone envision continued success over the next year and motivates everyone to maintain and improve their work performance.

Amazing prizes, including almost P100,000 in cash, a rice cooker, an electric fan, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a speaker, and other goods, were up for grabs in a raffle draw. Everyone performed and danced to the upbeat party music as the event came to an exciting conclusion. Yes, there are several methods to commemorate Christ's birth. Giving gratitude to the Lord for his love, which keeps us alive, is one of them. Merry Christmas!
