Karansay sa mga Empleyado recognizes the distinctive, creative, and artistic abilities of its employees. Every year, as part of the celebration of Lingganay sa Mabinay, employees get together to toast to a prosperous, joyful, and peaceful year with the theme "Surmounting Obstacles Abounding in Joy," held on December 27, 2022, at Lingganay Stage, Poblacion Mabinay. The top three best performers are LDRRM, RHU 1 and 2, and the Engineering Office. RHU 1 and 2 get awards for best choreography, while the accounting department receives the award for best outfit. For major awards, the winners get a trophy, a certificate of recognition, and P2,000 in cash. For minor awards, winners received a certificate and P1,000 in cash. "What it did not affect were your purpose and passion. You were committed to giving it your all, despite the numerous problems. Even when things appeared hopeless, you persisted in working for the LGU's benefit and never gave up," was Mayor Ernie T. Uy’s message.The Honorable Mario Z. Torres concluded the festivities by discussing the application of golf's principles and ideals in both personal and professional contexts. According to him, the game demonstrated how crucial it is to have the vision necessary "to build something out of nothing, to generate success out of failure." If you belong to a team, you need to prepare harder so you can contribute. You need to trust your team so you can give it your all. It is the same as in our work: you must be an asset to Mabinay.
